Terms of service

Last updated 7 October 2026

These are the rules for using AdornFlow. We've kept them short and in plain language.

1. What AdornFlow is

AdornFlow is a service that builds and hosts online stores using AI. You describe your business; we create a store for you, host it, and give you tools — including an AI editor — to change and run it.

By creating an account or a store you agree to these terms. If you use AdornFlow for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept them on its behalf.

2. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password safe. Give us accurate information, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

3. Your store and your content

You own your brand, your products, your customer relationships and the content you provide. You give us permission to host, process and display that content so we can run your store.

You are the seller. You're responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, taxes, shipping, refunds and customer service, and for following the laws that apply to your business.

AI writes much of a store's text and design. Check what it produces — especially claims about products, prices and policies — before you publish. You decide what goes live.

4. Payments from your customers

Customer payments go directly to you through the methods you set up: your own payment provider accounts, your UPI ID, cash on delivery or orders taken over WhatsApp. AdornFlow doesn't hold your sales money and takes no commission on it. Your agreement with each payment provider is between you and them.

5. Plans, trials and billing

New accounts start with a free trial. Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance for each period at the prices shown on our pricing section, and include the usage allowances listed there.

If a trial or plan ends, your store stays online; AI editing and creating new stores pause until you choose a plan. We'll give notice before changing prices for existing customers.

6. What you may not do

Don't use AdornFlow to sell anything illegal, counterfeit or unsafe; to deceive or defraud people; to infringe someone else's rights; to send spam; or to spread malware.

Don't try to break, overload or get around the service's limits and protections, or use the AI editor to do so.

We may suspend or remove a store that breaks these rules, and where practical we'll tell you first.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep stores online and the service improving, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. AI output can be wrong; the service is provided as it is.

8. Ending things

You can delete a store or stop using AdornFlow at any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms. When a store is deleted it goes offline immediately; an archived copy is kept for 30 days and then removed.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, AdornFlow isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. If a change is significant we'll let account holders know. Continuing to use AdornFlow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
